Shirley Ann Brough

Shirleyann is a popular local artist for her joyful play with colour. Her technique is free flowing & vibrant – the effect she has developed using pallet knife with oils (with no medium) well compliments the happy vivid colours in her florals and landscapes.
Shireylann has been featured in “The Artist Pallet” Magazine (eight pages!) and won many prizes.
Her latest prize is for the Encouragement Award at the Burnside 2017 SALA Exhibition.
Her work  hangs in the Governor of South Australia’s private home.

Glenelg Art Gallery

A big congratulations to Shirley, who in November 2017 won Volunteer of the Year Award for the entire Regis Aged Care
Her love of Art and people drives her as a Volunteer to bring possibilities to the elderly in care who otherwise simply would not have opportunities to enjoy all the benefits of developing and creating artworks. The benefits of this are well documented.
